- 74% of people say they’re more likely to return to that mobile-friendly site in the future.
- 67% say that they’re more likely to buy a product or service from a mobile-friendly site.
- 48% feel frustrated and annoyed when they get to a site that’s not mobile-friendly.
- 52% of users said that a bad mobile experience made them less likely to engage with a company.
In 2013, the Apple App Store generated $10 billion in downloads. And both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store attracted over 50 billion downloads. For 2014, the momentum is likely to continue. Source: ITBusinessEdge Mobile Development Trends
