The Greatness Zone with Jay Forte
Welcome to The Nancy Ferrari Show! In this episode, I introduce you to my special guest, Jay Forte, MS, CPC, ELI-MP, who is a business and motivational speaker, certified CEO of The Greatness Zone, family and leadership coach, author, adjunct entrepreneurship professor and nationally ranked Thought Leader. He provides talent, strength-based and mindfulness tools to help people discover, develop and live what is best in them to achieve exceptional personal and professional results.
Passionate about helping the next generation find their fit in life, he regularly works with today’s young adults and their parents. As a dad of 3 daughters, he trains parents in how to guide, support and coach young adults to discover and live what is best in them, to help them build their lives around what they do and love best.
Jay is the author of “Fire Up! Your Employees” and “The Greatness Zone – Know Yourself, Find Your Fit, Transform the World” and is also the host of the weekly podcast for parents, Get Your Kids Ready for Life. His tools for parents are found on his site, www.Ready4Life.me.
When not teaching, coaching CEOs, helping today’s parents help get their kids ready for life, or helping people seek out or create life’s opportunities, he writes, gardens and cooks (as any good Italian) in Ft Lauderdale, FL.
Jay shares his expertise about helping young adults learn who they are and become the leaders of their own lives, as well as guiding parents through techniques such as Improvisational Parenting. His passion is helping high school and college students choose wisely and be successful in college and in life.
Jay shares “When we know ourselves, and we know our world, we can discover our best fit – Our Greatness Zone”.
