You must get them to take ACTION to close the sale, book the gig, complete the transaction or it’s all “just talk”. It has an easy to use appointment reservation system that sends reminders by email or text message. Streak is a Chrome extension that ties in with your gmail account.  Run your entire business from your Inbox. Share contacts, email, files, and anything else needed to get the job done. The feature I really like is being able to track when someone opens my email. And it’s FREE!

Never forget another password again. Keeping track of all your passwords is amazingly simple with Dashlane’s free password manager.  You Organize all your passwords, Get your passwords wherever,
whenever you need them and Auto-save passwords, and watch Dashlane type them for you in one secure place.  There are mobile apps for android and iPhone and if you upgrade to the premium version, your passwords will sync, every time you change it.

This is my go to project management tool. Trello lets you work smarter, more collaboratively and get more done. Trello’s boards, lists, and cards enable you to organize and prioritize your projects in a fun, flexible and rewarding way. And it’s always in sync.  When you have the Trello app on your mobile device you can collaborate with your team anywhere, from sitting on the bus to sitting on the beach. It’s a perfect app to monitor them wherever you are. In fact, a lot of remote workers are using Trello because for them it’s a simple way to visually organize to do items into lists. No matter where you are, Trello stays in sync across all of your devices.  Add your teams, upload documents, create checklists and use templates for things you do on a regular basis… And it’s free!
